Project launched in 2017, involvement as a full stack engineer and then as a product owner and team lead.

Supported surveys and prototyping for user research to collect feedback and validate ideas, such as: the use of checklists and anchored navigations.

Re-developed the site to enforce accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 A/AA) and new designs.
